Our Pass Promise To You
It works like this, while no driving school can guarantee you will pass first time, Kevin Graham Driver Training states that if you do not pass first time, we’ll cover the cost of your driving test! There are some stipulations in place to make our Pass Promise work for you as follows :
1. We need you to pass your theory test within eight weeks of commencing driving lessons
2. The average number of hours to pass the driving test is 47, we ask that you complete a minimal of 40 hours of driver training with us which is almost 20% less!
3. You will need to take a 2 hour lesson each week. Any missed lessons, you will have to make up.
4. All tests are booked by the driving school
5. Prior to taking a driving test you will have to passed a mock test and have completed the learning to drive syllabus
6. If for some reason you do fail you will need to take a minimum of four remedial hours
Your Two-Year Driving Licence Warranty
In some cases newly qualified drivers don’t always drive straight away. They could be off to university for example and before you know it a year or two has passed and you realise you need a refresher course. It could be that you have bought your first car but feel unsure if it’s controls and would like some support from your old driving instructor to kick start that confidence again.
So whatever your situation is our Two Year Driving Licence Warranty has got your back covered. Think of it like a refresher course which gives you up-to three free hours per year over the next two years after passing your driving test.
All we ask is that you provide a safe, legal and road worthy vehicle and arrange your refresher lessons on a day and time that accommodates both of you and your Driving Instructor.
Our Money Back Guarantee
This only applies to the driving lesson you are on.
On a rare occasion at Kevin Graham Driver Training we can have a dissatisfied customer that just wants their money back and would like to try another driving school. Now although it’s always sad to see a customer go, we understand that you can’t please everyone all of the time and we do genuinely accept this.
So, if you wish to activate our money back guarantee simply just ask to stop the driving lesson and alert your driving instructor that you are not happy. We will of course ask the reasons and do our best to accommodate, but if it’s what the customer wants we are happy to refund your lesson funds with immediate effect and any remaining monies if you have paid for a block of lessons too.
All previous customers are most welcome to come back if they feel it’s right for them with no questions asked.
